A diagnosis changes the plan. It should not become the whole story.
Frame Physiology sits between your doctor and the gym. Being told to exercise more is not a plan, so we turn that advice into something assessed, coached and measured, for adults 55 and over in Southern River.
Who we help
What usually happens next
Your assessment
40 minutes one to one with an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. Ten tests including sit to stand, single leg balance, grip strength and the six minute walk.
Your plan
Your BASE Score, your Independence Age and a 12 Week Independence Plan that is yours to keep.
Your training
Two coached sessions a week in a small group capped at ten, adjusted as you progress.
Your reassessment
The same ten tests again at 12 weeks, so change is measured rather than assumed. Shared with your GP if you wish.
Assess, plan, train and reassess. That is the whole method, and it is the same for everyone who walks in.
Why we started Frame Physiology
Naser was already an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, telling people that a diagnosis changes the plan but does not have to become the whole story, when a precautionary scan found a congenital heart condition he had carried his whole life without knowing. Then he had open heart surgery, and became his own patient. He used movement to prepare for it and to rebuild afterwards, and on the other side he found the same gap his clients kept describing: no shortage of advice to exercise more, and almost nobody willing to turn it into a plan.
His story shaped how we listen and how we plan. It is not a promise that exercise can prevent or cure a heart condition, or any other medical condition.
The name carries the same idea three ways: the frame a diagnosis puts around a person, the physical frame they live in, and the clinical framework we use to build it back.

What we have measured so far
Average improvement across our first retested members.
Average gain, for the everyday tasks that keep you independent at home.
Average gain. The largest individual change was 6.5 kilograms.
Measured at Frame Physiology by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, comparing each member's baseline with a retest about fifteen weeks later. Ten of our first twelve members were retested, and the number tested varies by measure. These are group averages. Individual results vary, and no particular result is promised.
Build the body you live in.
