Privacy and terms

Who we are

Frame Physiology is operated by Main Care Pty Ltd, ABN 44 668 772 969, of Units 2 and 3, 542 Balfour Street, Southern River WA 6110. Services are delivered by Exercise Physiologists accredited with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA). Any agreement for services is with Main Care Pty Ltd.

Privacy

What we collect

  • Contact details you provide when booking: name, phone, email and how you heard about us.
  • Health information you provide for assessment and exercise programming, including screening answers, test results, your BASE Score and Independence Age, and clinical notes.
  • Payment records. Card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored by us.
  • Advertising measurement, if you choose to allow it. This website does not measure page views, scrolling or button clicks for advertising, and it loads no advertising script on the home page, the assessment page, the enquiry form or this page. Advertising measurement is available only for confirmed enquiries from people who can attend our current class times and ask to pay or request a call. Information requests, uncertain attendance and class waitlist enquiries are not measured. The choice is offered on the final enquiry screen for eligible pathways and can be changed on the confirmation page. Nothing is preselected. Allowing it does not itself send an event. After the enquiry is confirmed with our system, we may send Meta a single measurement event recording that you asked for a next step. Our event code does not add your form answers, contact details, payment information or clinical records. Meta also receives browser and page information. Its automatic matching may detect and hash contact information available on this page and use it to match the visit to a Facebook or Instagram account. If you choose no thanks, or make no choice, no advertising measurement event is sent and your enquiry and your care are unaffected. If you arrive here from a Facebook or Instagram advertisement, the address you arrive on carries a click reference from Meta. We keep that reference in this browser tab for up to an hour from the first one we see, so the measurement above can be matched to the right advertisement. That hour is never extended, and once it is up we remove the reference for the rest of that tab. Keeping it sends nothing to anyone.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. If you allow advertising measurement, Meta may set cookies at that point. You can block or remove them in your browser settings, and doing so does not affect your ability to book, call us or use this site.

How we use it

  • To deliver and adjust your services: assessment, your 12 Week Independence Plan, coaching and retesting.
  • To communicate with you about bookings, reminders and your results.
  • To write to your GP or specialist about your assessment and progress, only with your consent.
  • To report on the service in aggregate, using de identified information only.

Protection, access and complaints

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure, consistent with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. We do not sell personal information. You may request access to, or correction of, your information by contacting the clinic. If you have a privacy concern, raise it with us first; if unresolved, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Advertising and your choices

Advertising measurement on this website is optional and is off unless you choose to allow it on the final enquiry screen for an eligible pathway. You can change that choice on the confirmation page. Allowing it does not itself send an event. If you later change your mind, use the same choice on that page and we stop measuring from that point. We cannot undo a measurement that was already sent, so we will not tell you otherwise.

You can also opt out of personalised advertising from Meta in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, and most browsers let you block tracking cookies entirely. Health information you give us as a client is never used for advertising and is never shared with advertising platforms. If you would rather not be measured at all, ring us on the number below and we will take your details over the phone.

Member photos and video

Some reviews on this site include a short video of a client speaking about their own experience. We publish a clip only with that person's written consent, we show first names only, and consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting us, after which the clip is removed from the site.

Video clips are hosted by YouTube and are embedded in privacy enhanced mode. Nothing is requested from YouTube until you press play. Once you play a clip, YouTube may set cookies and collect information about that playback under its own privacy terms.

Website terms

  • The information on this website is general in nature. It is not medical advice, and reading it does not create a clinician and client relationship.
  • The Strength & Balance Assessment and the BASE Score guide exercise programming. They are not diagnostic instruments, and clinical decisions remain with your medical team.
  • Outcome figures are measured group averages from our own cohort, or individual member stories shared with written consent. Individual results vary and no particular result is promised.
  • To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on the general information on this website.

Screening and safety

All clients complete pre exercise screening. We may require medical clearance from your doctor before commencing or continuing services. If you experience pain, dizziness or unusual symptoms during exercise, stop and tell your Exercise Physiologist.

Bookings, payments and cancellation

  • The $49 Strength & Balance package includes a comprehensive assessment lasting approximately one hour, a written 12 week Independence Plan emailed within 24 hours, a report on your results sent to your doctor with your consent, and two introductory Stronger & Steadier small group classes. You can pay the $49 online when you send your enquiry, by phone with our team, or at your visit. Paying online does not book or hold an appointment time: our admin team calls you within one business day to agree a time that suits you. If no time suits, the $49 is refunded in full. To change an agreed time, contact the clinic and we will rebook you.
  • After the two introductory Stronger & Steadier classes included in the $49 package, ongoing membership is optional and paid separately at $70 per week for two coached small group sessions.
  • Membership may be cancelled with 14 days written notice. No cancellation fee. No minimum term.

Our service commitment

The $49 Clarity and Plan Guarantee. If you do not walk out of your assessment feeling clearer and more confident about what to do over the next 12 weeks to stay independent at home, tell us at the desk and we will refund your $49 on the spot.

This is a commitment about the clarity of our service. It is not a guarantee of any health outcome. It is provided in addition to your rights under law and does not limit them.

Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us, and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.

Intellectual property

BASE Score, Independence Age, the 12 Week Independence Plan, Stronger & Steadier and the Frame mark are trade marks used by Main Care Pty Ltd. The assessment method, scoring system and program materials are proprietary to Frame Physiology. Website content is copyright Main Care Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
